About Barbara Campbell

Barbara Jean Campbell is a lifelong native of the MS Gulf Coast.  She is a local girl through and through.  Her great grandfather, Harper McCaughan, founded Long Beach in the late 1800's and to this day has an elementary school and the town green along with many streets named after him and various family members.  He left properties to the city to be used as schools and a local church.  He also gave his own land to be used as a college on the beach now known as the University of Southern MS, where he once resided.  In his garden is the famous tree called "The Friendship Oak" where she was told he barried the remains of his fishing parts which nourished the tree.  Therefore, her love for the coast comes naturally!  

Her passion for real estate first started with the love of organizing, creating and decorating rooms around the house.  Her all time favorite and specialty I'd have to say, is planting and landscaping the yard.  Her grandmother owned one of the first plant nurseries in town.  this must be where the joy of plants, trees and tromping through the woods comes from.

She has a love for people.  She is full of integrity, is hard working and strives to provide high quality, personalized service to everyone she works with, while listening to their need and concerns, going over, above, and beyond for those she comes in contact with. 

When Barbara is not busy making your home ownership dreams become a reality, she spends her time with her family, making memories and creating scrapbooks about them.  She would love to help you make your dreams come true by placing you in the house of your very own.  Helping you to make memories that will last a lifetime too!
